Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the Service:

• Account details: your WhatsApp number (used to sign in), your name, email address, and your organization's name and website.
• Content you provide: contacts you add or upload (such as names, email addresses, company, and country), the email drafts and templates you create, and the instructions or voice notes you send to our WhatsApp assistant.
• Connected email accounts: if you connect Gmail or Outlook, we store the access credentials needed to send email on your behalf and to read replies to the messages you send. These credentials are encrypted.
• Usage information: records of the campaigns you send, delivery and reply status, and basic activity logs used for security and support.

• To provide and operate the Service.
• To draft, personalize, send, and track the emails you create.
• To sign you in securely using a one-time code over WhatsApp.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your contacts or email content for advertising.

To turn your voice notes and instructions into email drafts, the audio and text you send are processed by Google's Gemini AI. We send only what is needed to produce your draft, and your content is not used by us to train AI models.

The Service relies on trusted providers that process data on our behalf to make it work:

• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — to receive your messages and deliver assistant replies and login codes.
• Google — Gmail (to send and read your email when connected) and Gemini (AI drafting).
• Microsoft — Outlook (to send and read your email when connected).
• Our hosting provider — to run the platform and store your data securely.

Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Campaigns are sent from your own connected Gmail or Outlook account to the recipients in your contact lists. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact those recipients and for complying with applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws.

We do not sell or rent your data. We share information only with the service providers listed above to operate the Service, or where required by law. Within your organization, your data is visible to your organization's administrators and, where you choose to share it, to your teammates.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing marketing@springbiosolution.com. Some records may be retained where required for legal or security reasons.

We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including encryption of connected-account credentials and secret settings at rest, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at marketing@springbiosolution.com.

We use a single secure, essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
