Terms of Service

WhatSaaS lets you draft emails from WhatsApp voice notes or typed instructions using AI, manage contact lists, and send personalized email campaigns from your own connected Gmail or Outlook account, with reply tracking on a web dashboard.

You sign in with your WhatsApp number and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure and for all activity under your account. The first person to register an organization becomes its administrator and may invite, approve, or remove members. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

You agree that you will not:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or contact people without a lawful basis or their consent.
• Violate applicable laws or regulations, including anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and local equivalents) and data-protection rules.
• Breach the policies of the platforms the Service relies on, including the Meta WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the Google and Microsoft terms for connected email accounts.
• Send unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing content, or impersonate others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.

You are solely responsible for the recipients you email and the content you send.

You retain ownership of the contacts, drafts, templates, and other content you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host and process Your Content only as needed to operate the Service for you (including AI drafting and sending on your behalf). You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for Your Content and for contacting your recipients.

Emails are sent through your connected Gmail or Outlook account and are subject to those providers' sending limits and policies. Your plan may also set limits (for example, emails per day). We do not guarantee that any message will be delivered, and delivery depends on third parties outside our control.

Some features are offered under paid plans. Any fees, limits, and billing terms are those presented to you at sign-up or on your invoice. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Spring Bio Solution and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the right to use it as permitted here.

The Service integrates with Meta (WhatsApp), Google (Gmail, Gemini), and Microsoft (Outlook). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective provider's terms, and their availability is outside our control.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spring Bio Solution will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Spring Bio Solution harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms — including claims relating to the emails you send and your recipients.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or create risk or legal exposure for us or others. You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing marketing@springbiosolution.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts located in India will have jurisdiction over any disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
